Ingredients:
6 tablespoons oats
1 small tomatoe
1 small onion
3 tablespoons chicken cut in cubes
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 teaspoon tomato sauce
Salt to taste
pinch of black Peper
1 liter of water
The way:
– Cut the tomatoes, onions and chicken into small cubes.
– In a saucepan place the oil then onion and chicken, stir until onion withers and chicken turn into white color.
– Add the tomatoe and continue stirring until the tomato withers, add oats then water with tomato sauce keep stirring.
– Move the soup on medium heat bring it to simmer until the consistency, add salt and black pepper, give it a quick mix then removed from heat.
– Serve it immediatly.
