Ingredients :
250g Minced beef meat
3 Large potatoes
1 Red sweet pepper.
1 medium onion
2 Tbsp vegetable oil
1/4 Teaspoon black pepper
Salt to taste

For Béchamel sauce:
2 Tbsp butter
2 Tbsp flour
2 Cups whole milk
Pince of Nutmeg
Pince of black Pepper
Salt to taste
Preparation:
– Cut the Potatoes into small cubes and boiled it in water until tender.
– Dry the potatoes from the water, seasons it with salt and pepper. Set the potatoes a side.
-Cut the red sweet Pepper and the onion into small cubes .
– In a large pan place oïl , add the red sweet Pepper and onion stir a little then add the meat stir until the meat is well cooked, seasons it with salt and pepper.
– In a saucepan melt butter over medium heat, add flour stire for 1 minutes ,then slowly add milk, whisking constantly, until mixture is smooth, keep stirring for 10 to 12 minutes or until sauce comes to the boil and thickens. Remove from heat, seasons with salt ,Pepper and nutmeg.
– In a small oven dishes, first put the potatoes, then a layer of meat coveredwith bechamel sauce and finally cheese layer.
– Placed into the oven at 200 °C for 15 minutes .
Serve it warm wih bread .
