What vegetable can i add to 10 minutes Veggie Mozzarella Bites?

You can add any other type of vegetables you like or available, such as cauliflower, eggplant, broccoli.. ect. But don’t add hard vegetables as carrot, as you see the recipe take a minute for fry and vegetable as carrot will still be hard after cook it.

Note

  • If you want to add a vegetable as cauliflower or broccoli, grate the vegetable so it won’t be hard when fry if.
  • Mix the egg, milk and flour first before adding the vegetables, because sometimes the flour gots lumps and with this way you can mix until the lumps disappears.
  • Cut the vegetables into small diced, so it will easily well cook.
  • Fry in a hot oli at 170°C until it golden color.
I oftenly made these 10 minutes veggie mozzarella bites recipe and serve it with vegetables salad and enjoy it as a meal or as a dinner with pita bread and my favourite ketchup sauce, also it will be delicious if you serve it with french fries, i know this is not a healthy guide, but once in a while won’t kill us.
