4 Smoothie bowls Recipes
April 5, 2019
I’m back with these delicious 4 smoothie bowls recipes. I missed you so much, guys, but I had business to attend to and barely had time. So I’m really happy to be back to blogging and creating new recipes. Today I want to share with you my favorite 4 smoothie bowl recipes, which are easy to make, healthy, delicious, and quick. You have to make smoothies with frozen fruits, but some times I just mix frozen with non-frozen, and it works.
What ingredients you’ll need to make these 4 smoothie bowls recipes?
You’ll need so few ingredients that it depends on which season or what you have on hand. Also, you can add or remove any of the ingredients I listed; if you are not a vegetarian, you can add dairy to your smoothie bowl.
How to make smoothie bowl?
- The smoothie bowl depends on frozen fruits; without them, it will be a simple smoothie drink. So make sure your fruits are frozen, and when you add the liquefied ingredients, don’t add too much; otherwise, it will turn liquefied and be difficult to eat. You don’t want a smoothie soup, right? 😉
- Make sure your blender is able to blend frozen fruits; you don’t want to end up with a broken blender. I’ll be really sad if so. And the smoothie bowl must be eaten immediately; don’t take too many photos for Instagram; it will melt quickly at room temperature.
- Decorate your smoothie as you wish; the decoration is not just for a beautiful look but also for a yummy taste.
