5 minutes Healthy Oatmeal Breakfast Bowl

I love a quick and healthy recipes especially in summer and this one is so easy and delicious, it takes just 5 minutes to make oatmeal bowl so healthy an active breakfast to start your day with, we all know the great benefits of oats.
Also, this recipe is perfect for a vegan people but instead of milk you can change it with almond milk or soya milk .
 
 
Oats are rich in Antioxidants and contain a soluble fiber called Beta-Glucan which it reduced both cholesterol levels in blood, and blood sugar. Also, it is perfect for diet which it increased feeling of fullness and growth of good bacteria in the digestive trac.

5 minutes Oatmeal Breakfast 
 
Cooking time: 5 mins
Yield: 2 persons
 
Ingredients:
2 cups almond milk or whole milk
3/4 cup oats
1 stick cinnamon
2 tbsp honey or sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
 
For topping:
Black berries
Almonds
Raisin
You can add more honey
Any favorite fruits slices
 
The way:
Pour milk in a saucepan, add oats cinnamon and sugar.
Place saucepan on a medium heat stir gentilly, bring it to boil.
Remove cinnamon stick, pour oatmeal in a serving bowl.
Top with fruits(you can add your favorite fruits).
Enjoy!
