What i loved about the Baked Potatoes wedges is that lovely and yummy taste of, it is different from other potatoes flavours and the good about this potato wedges recipe is taht it is more healthier and less fats than the fried one.
I admitted that my favorite snack is potatoes, i love to serve it as a snack, or beside sandwiches and burger.
I have made many recipes with potatoes and today i’ll share with you my best baked potatoes wedges, with parmesan cheese and garlic powder ready in just 30 minutes and full of flavours.

Baked Potato Wedges -Potato Wedges Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 medium potatoes
- 1/3 cup parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp finely chopped parsley
- A teaspoon of paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven in 220°c.
- Wash potatoes well and dry it, cut into wedges, place in a large bowl.
- Season with salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, parmesan cheese, chopped parsley and olive oil. Mix all together until all well combine.
- In an oven baking sheet grease with olive oil or covered with parchment paper, arrange potatos in a single layer.
- Sprinkles on top more of parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 25- 30 minutes or until golden color from two sides.
- Serve with your favorite sauce.
