These are the best 8 ways to fold puff pastry with a delicious cheese filling and red berries. Also, i filled it with nutella and they were realy good as a breakfast. 

I made these lovely and delicious pastry for my family in the last sunday, and they adore them and enjoy very much. The filling is optional you can also fill pastry with chocolate and butter, cinnamon filling or with a strawberries jam.

You can fill and fold puff pastry and reserve it in freezer for 3 months and when you need to, defrost an hour before baking them.

Ingredients

  • 400g puff pastry

for filling:

  • 100g cream cheese (room temperature)
  •  sugar, to taste 
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract 
  • Fresh Raspberries, Cranberries & Strawberries 
  • 4 tbsp Nutella  
  • 1 apple sliced

For Egg wash

  • 1 egg 
  • 1 tsp milk

Instructions

  1. Prepare the filling: in a small bowl mix soft cream cheese with sugar and vanilla.
  2. cut your puff pastry as a squares. Fill with cream cheese and Fresh Raspberries, Cranberries & Strawberries.
  3. Fill others puff pastry with Nutella and Cranberries.
  4. Form as the ways mentioned in the video below.
  5. Place in a baking sheet.
  6. in a small bowl mix egg with milk with a fork, with a brush rub in the surface of the puff pastry.
  7. Bake in preheated oven at 200°C/400F for 15 minutes or until golden color.
  8. Garnish with powdered sugar.
  9. Enjoy!
