Chocolate and Caramel Dessert

This is my first million viewers recipe, I’m so excited to share it with you. By the way, it is so easy and the ingredients are available in every home. A very tasty dessert you must try it anytime and you’ll going to love it .
Ingredients
For the chocolate layer:  
 2 cups milk
 3 tablespoons sugar
60g Dark Chocolate  
 3 tablespoons Corn starch
For Caramel layer:
1/2 Cup sugar
2  1/2 Cups milk
1/2 Cup of cream
1 Tbsp butter
 3 Tablespoons Corn starch
Preparation:
– Prepare the serving cups, Slope the cups in a cupcakes mold.




-For the chocolate layer:
– Cut the chocolate into a small pieces.
 – In a small saucepan add the milk, sugar and cornstarch place it on a medium heat.
– Stir until thicken, then add the chocolate, let it melt in the mixture then move from heat.
 Pour the chocolate mixture into the sloping cups, leave it to cool at room temperature.
-To prepare the caramel layer: 
-In a saucepan put the sugar, place it on medium heat until caramelized, add the butter then add the hot cream mix all together until you have a cramel suace.
– Add the milk and corn starch above the caramel, whisk until thicken.
– Place the cups normaly, pour the caramel layer on the chocolate layer.

– Chill for 3 hours then decorate with chocolate chips.
