Easy Tiramisu Cake Roll

A tiramisu cake roll is the easiest cake roll you’ll ever make. There is no need for baking, electric mixing, or eggs. The beauty of its shape is perfect for your Christmas dessert, and it takes such a little time to prepare around 15 minutes, and you’ve done it. However, Easy Tiramisu Cake Roll it must chill before decorating so that the plastic wrap can be easily removed without falling apart. Also, the cute thing about this simple recipe is that you’ll need only 5 ingredients to make it, and as a result, every family member will adore it.   • Mascarpone cheese
  • sugar
  • teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 300 ml heavy cream
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1 tablespoon instant coffee
  • Lady fingers (24 cookies)
  • 2 Tbsp cocoa powder

How to make Easy Tiramisu Cake Roll?

  • Mix the cream cheese with the sugar and vanilla until the sugar dissolves, then add the heavy cream and mix until the mixture is smooth and creamy. 
  • In another medium bowl, melt the instant coffee in the hot water.
  • Prepare a sheet of parchment paper or plastic wrap and use it to roll the cake.
  • Dip both sides of the lady finger cookies into the coffee, then line up the cookies on the plastic wrap.
  • Spread the cream cheese mixture over cookies. Sprinkle cocoa powder on top of the cream cheese. 
  • Roll the cake up, then firmly close the plastic wrap on both sides.
  • Allow it to chill for 3 hours before decorating. Remove the plastic wrap and decorate the cake roll with the remaining cream cheese mixture, sprinkle cocoa powder, and top with chocolate chips and chocolate stars.

  • 2 Tablespoons cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. Mix the cream cheese with the sugar and vanilla until the sugar dissolves, then add the heavy cream and mix until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

  4. Dip both sides of the lady finger cookies into the coffee, then line up the cookies on the plastic wrap.
  5. Spread the cream cheese mixture over cookies. Sprinkle cocoa powder on top of the cream cheese. 
  6. Roll the cake up, then firmly close the plastic wrap on both sides.
  7. Allow it to chill for 3 hours before decorating. Remove the plastic wrap and decorate the cake roll with the remaining cream cheese mixture, sprinkle cocoa powder, and top with chocolate chips and chocolate stars. Chill for another 3 hours then serve.
