Tips for a successful Eggless 3-Ingredients Cookies:
- Use a good taste of butter to make this recipe; also, it is better to use all-purpose flour without any additions.
- Knead the dough; if it turns too mushy, add more flour; and if it crumbles, add 1 tablespoon of butter at a time until you have a smooth dough, as shown in the video.
- Since we are in winter, if the dough starts to crumble while preparing cookies, just warm each fistful between the hands’ palms, due to the shrinkage of the butter from the cold.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C (338°F) for 7–10 minutes; don’t overbake.
- Cool the cookies completely after baking before transferring them from the baking sheet.
- It keeps for about 2–3 weeks in a cookie container box.
