No Bake Chocolate Biscuit Pudding Recipe

This lovely and easy no bake Chocolate Biscuit Pudding Recipe, is made with only five simple ingredients, also this chocolate cake are children friend and they adore it. I remember when my mom used to make it for us when i was a kid it was my favourit desserts and once i asked my mom to make it for my birthday as a birthday cake, and when i grow up and have kids they are loved it as well.

This cake made from biscuit layers and homemade chocolate pudding so you can also call it a pudding cake or a biscuit cake, i love to call it chocolate biscuits cake. Also make this recipe with your prefer crackers but don’ as chocolate cookies as oreo i think it will be so sweet and ruin the taste, you need a less sweet crackers.

Can i make this recipe with soya or almond milk?
Yes, of course you can make it with any type of milk if you are vegan or has allergic and don’t use the dairy.

No Bake Chocolate Biscuit Pudding

PREP TIME: 10 mins       CHILL TIME: 3 hrs      Total time: 3hrs and 10 mins

SERVINGS: 6 Persons

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 Cups milk
  • 6 Tbsp corn starch
  • 6 Tbsp cacao powder
  • ½ Cup granulated sugar
  • 1 and ½ packet crackers

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a large saucepan, place milk, cornstarch, cacao powder and sugar. Whisk to dissolve, then place saucepan on a medium heat and keep stirring.
  2. Bring it to simmer until boiled and thicken. Remove from heat.
    In a dish ( I’m using a 10 x 8 inch pyrex dish for my recipe) lined a biscuits ( crackers) layer, cover with chocolate mixture.
  3. Repeat for 2 more layers until ending with a thick chocolate last layer.
    Cool at room temperature, cover and chill for at least 3 hours.
  4. Decorate with pearl candy or as a desired.
