No-Bake Tiramisu Cheesecake

The easiest No-bake tiramisu cheesecake recipe is here. You’ll need a simple ingredients to make this delicious dessert, and only 10 minutes to prepare it. Cheesecake is one of my favorite dessert and today i present you the easiest way to make to, eggless, no gelatin and alcohol free.I didn’t add any alcohol because my kids love my tiramisu and they hate the taste of the alcohol bitterness, so i always made a good fit recipes for all my family.

What kind of cream cheese to use in No-Bake Tiramisu Cheesecake?

The basic tiramisu recipe is made with mascarpone cheese and i used it for my recipe, it taste rich and creamy and not so much alike to normal cream cheese, but i think other cream cheese will not taste the same as the mascarpone cheese in tiramisu recipe.

What ingredients you’ll need to make No-Bake Tiramisu Cheesecake?

you’ll need simple ingredients to make this delicious recipe, you’ll need:

  • Mascarpone cheese
  • Heavy cream
  • Sugar
  • Vanilla extract
  • Ladyfingers
  • Instant coffee
  • Hot water
  • Cacao powder

 

Notes

  • The cream cheese and heavy cream must be at room temperature.
  • Dont over mix the cream cheese, if over beaten the mascarpone cheese it may fall apart.
  • You can add more sugar as the taste, i think 1/3 cup is fine for me.
  • Don’t dip the ladyfingers biscuit more than once in the coffee, otherwise your biscuit will be soggy.
  • Use unsweetend cacao powder for topping, it gives the lovely taste of orginal cocoa powder.
  • Chill at least 4 hours, the more it set, the more you will enjoy the taste of tiramisu cheesecake.
  • Carefully remove the springform pan when the cheesecake is well chill.

No-Bake Tiramisu Cheesecake

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Chill Time: 6 hours
Total Time: 6 hours 10 minutes

Ingredients

  • 500g Mascarpone cheese
  • 200 ml (3/4 cup) heavy cream
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 400g Ladyfingers
  • 2 tablespoons instant coffee
  • 2 cups hot water
  • 3 tablespoons Cacao powder

Instructions

    1. In a large bowl mix the cream cheese with sugar, then add the heavy cream. Mix all together until creamy mixture.
    2. In a medium bowl melt the instant coffee with water.
    3. Dip the ladyfingers in the coffee once on both sides, and row on the side of springform pan. Also, place ladyfingers at the bottom of the pan.
    4. Place half amount of the cream cheese mixture and smooth the top.
      Sprinkle cocoa powder.
    5. Repeat another layer of ladyfingers, then spread evenly the other half amount of cream cheese mixture and smooth the top.
    6. Sprinkle the cocoa powder over the top.
    7. Chill at least 4 - 6 hours before serving.
    8. Carefully remove the springform pan.
    9. Serve and Enjoy!
