Orange Raisin Cake

Ingredients:
200 grams butter (room temperature)
1 1/4 sugar
2 cups all purpose flour
4 eggs
1 tablespoon orange zest
1 tablespoon baking powder 
Pinch of salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup of orange juice mixed with lemon juice
6 tablespoons raisins
1/4 cup orange juice to soak raisins
Preparation:

– Prepare the cake mold with paint it with butter and place parchment paper.
– Preheat the oven at a temperature of 180°C.
– Put the raisins in a bowl and immersed in orange juice at least 15 minutes to absorb the orange flavor.
– Sift the flour with baking powder and salt.
Mix the soft butter with the sugar, add the eggs two at a time, then mix the remaining two eggs with- vanilla and mix until all will combiend.
– Add the flour mixter in to two phases with orange juice and orange zest into the butter mixture.
– Filter the raisin of any juice, then dry it with a towel.
– Place the raisin into 2 tbsp flour, then add it to the cake mixture.
Pour the cake mixture to the prepared cake mold.
– Bake at 180°C for 80-90 Minutes.
– Let it cool in a wire rack.
– Serve it with tea or coffee.
