Mini pizza

Ingredients:
For the dough:
4 cups All Purpose Flour
1 Tbsp yeast
1 Tbsp sugar
1 Tbsp salt to taste
1 Tbsp soften butter
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 14 warm water

For the sauce:
2 tbsp tomato sauce
1 tsp Oregano
½ Tsp garlic powder
a pinch of Black Pepper
½ teaspoon paprika

Filling:
Mozzarella cheese
pimento
black olives
Tomatoes

Add other filling you like
Preparation:
-At the mixer bowl put all the dough ingredients mentioned except water ,added it gradually until you’ve an elastic smooth dough.
-Balled the dough and put in a greased bowl with olive oil, cover with plasticwrap and place it in a warm place until double in size for about 1 hour.
-Prepare the sauce,place the tomato sauce with the oregano,garlic,paprika and black Pepper mix it all together.
-When the dough is ready,Sprinkle flour on the table and dust the dough with flour.
– Extend the dough on the table and with a cutter , cut the dough as circles ,move the mini pizza to a tray.
– spread the sauce on each one then sprinkle the cheese , olives ,tomatoes and pimento.
– Bake it in a hot oven at 200° for 25 minutes.
