Strawberry Yogurt Popsicle Recipe (healthy diet recipe)


Ingredients for 4 popsicle:

200g frozen strawberries
125g natural yogurt
1 lemon juice
(you can add honey for more sweetness) as a diet or sugar, to taste.


The way:
– In blender add all the ingredients.
– Blend until all well combein.
– Fill the popsicle molds with the mixture.
– Freeze at least 5 hours or overnight.
– Place the popsicle mold in a cup of warm water for 30 seconds(To separate the popsicle easily from the mold).
– Serve immediatly.
