- 200 g any type of pasta cooked
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 clove garlic mashed
- ¾ cup cooking cream
- 2 cups spinach
- Salt to taste
- Pinch of black pepper
- ¼ cup parmesan cheese
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook 200g of your favorite pasta according to the package instructions. Once it reaches your preferred tenderness, drain it and set it aside.
In a large skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat. Let it bubble gently but don’t let it brown.
Add 1 mashed clove of garlic to the melted butter. Stir it for about 30 seconds until it releases a fragrant aroma.
Toss in 2 cups of spinach. Stir and let it wilt for about a minute. The leaves should shrink and turn bright green.
Reduce the heat slightly, then add 3/4 cup of cooking cream. Stir well to combine it with the buttery garlic mixture. Let it simmer gently for one minute until it thickens slightly.
Add a pinch of black pepper and salt to taste. Stir again so the seasoning spreads evenly.
Sprinkle in 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese. Stir until the cheese melts and creates a creamy, smooth sauce.
Add the cooked pasta directly into the skillet. Toss everything together until the pasta gets fully coated in the creamy spinach sauce.
