Ingredients
  

  • 1 Egg
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • 1 ½ cups all purpose flour
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 100 grams M&M's candy

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl add the egg with powdered sugar, and vanilla extract whisk together until smooth, add brown sugar whisk until dissolve.
  • Add melted butter(be sure it is at room temperature) give it all a quick mix.
  • Add flour with baking powder, mix all together, and when it starts to combine, add M&M’s and knead with hand.
  • Take a medium ball of the dough and shape it with your hands palm as a cookie.
  • Place the cookies on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.
  • Leave a space between each cookies and other, to not stick together while baking.
  • Top the cookies with more M&M’s candy,
  • Bake in preheated oven at 200°C/400°F for 12 to 15 minutes until light golden cookies ( i just take a look at the bottom of the cookies if it turn gold then the cookies is ready)
  • Allow to cool before serve it.
