Ingredients
  

  • 400 g puff pastry
  • for filling:
  • 100 g cream cheese room temperature
  • sugar to taste
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Fresh Raspberries Cranberries & Strawberries
  • 4 tbsp Nutella
  • 1 apple sliced
  • For Egg wash
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp milk

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, mix together soft cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
  • Roll out your puff pastry and cut it into even squares.
  • For some squares, spoon in the cream cheese mixture and top with a mix of fresh raspberries, cranberries, and strawberries.
  • For others, spread a little Nutella and add cranberries for a rich, chocolatey twist.
  • Fold or shape each pastry using one of the creative methods (as shown in the video or guide).
  • Place the shaped pastries onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together one egg and a splash of milk. Brush this mixture over the tops of the pastries for a golden, shiny finish.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C / 400°F for about 15 minutes, or until puffed and golden brown.
  • Let cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar before serving.
