Best Orange Cake

Ingredients
  

  • 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 ½ cups granulated sugar
  • 1 cup fresh orange juice
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp orange zest
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a cake pan.
  • Mix the flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  • Whisk eggs, vanilla and sugar in another bowl until fluffy and turn to light yellow color.
  • Take the orange zest. Squeeze 2 fresh orange
  • Add orange juice, and vegetable oil .
  • Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, mixing until smooth.
  • Pour the batter into the pan and bake for 45-55 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Cool the cake on a wire rack, then serve and enjoy!
