Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a cake pan.
Mix the flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
Whisk eggs, vanilla and sugar in another bowl until fluffy and turn to light yellow color.
Take the orange zest. Squeeze 2 fresh orange
Add orange juice, and vegetable oil .
Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, mixing until smooth.
Pour the batter into the pan and bake for 45-55 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Cool the cake on a wire rack, then serve and enjoy!
