Ingredients
  

  • 2 Cups quick oatmeal or oat flour
  • ½ cup all purpose flour
  • 2 ½ Tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 ½ Tablespoons Maple Syrup
  • 1/4 Teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Baking powder
  • 3/4 Cup water
  • 200 g Date paste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven at 180°C/ 365°F.
  • Finly ground the instant (quick) oats in a food processor. Place in a medium bowl.
  • Add flour, salt, baking powder, maple syrup and vegetable oil. Mix all together, then add water gradually so you can control the consistency of the dough.
  • Take a small ball of date paste, and a medium ball of the oatmeal dough.
  • Fill the dough with date paste, close firmly and flatten with your hands palm. Repeat.
  • Place cookies in a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.
  • Bake in preheated oven 180°C/ 365°F for 7 minutes or until light golden edges.
  • Cool down before serving.
