Prepare a muffin tin with placing cupcakes papers, then preheat the oven to 180°C.
In a large bowl, beat the eggs and sugar with a hand whisk or electric mixer until the sugar is completely dissolved, then add the orange juice and vegetable oil. Mix well.
Sift flour with baking powder.
Add the sifted flour to the egg mixture in two stages, half the amount and mix, then the remaining half, until all the ingredients are well combined and you get a smooth cupcake batter.
With an ice cream spoon fill the prepared cupcakes liners with the batter.
Bake at 180°C for 25 minutes.
Allow it to cool on a wire rack.
Finally, decorate it with powdered sugar and orange peel. Serve & Enjoy
