  • 2 small cucumber ot half large
  • 1 large slice watermelon
  • 10 Mint leaves
  • 100 g feta cheese
  • ½ cup blackberries optional
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • Pinch of black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Cut the lettuce, cucumber, and watermelon into medium-sized chunks. Place them in a large serving bowl.
  • Dice the cheese into small cubes and add them to the bowl along with the blackberries. The mix of colors and textures will make the salad look vibrant and inviting.
  • Roughly chop the mint leaves and sprinkle them over the salad. Fresh mint adds a cool, aromatic touch that balances the sweetness of the watermelon.
