We still in summer and strawberry is one of the best fruit i like to eat in summer, especially with pudding.
Today i present you a very tasty fresh Vanilla strawberry pudding, you can say it’s a version of panna cotta but i replaced the gelatin with the corn starch and it taste amazing & so much a like panna cotta.
Prep time: 20 minutes
Chill time: 2 hours
Ingredients for 3 persons:
For pudding:
3 cups whole milk
4 tablespoons corn starch
1/2 cup of sugar or as desired
1 vanilla pod or 1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
For strawberry sauce:
1 cup fresh or iced strawberry
1cup of sugar
2 tablespoons water
The way:

In a saucepan place all the pudding ingredients, stir the mixture with hand whisk on a meduim heat. Open the vanilla pod with a knife and remove the vanilla beans by the tip of the knife, add to the milk and also put the vanilla pod to enhance the flavor.

Stir on medium heat continuously until the mixture is thickened, remove the vanilla pod.

Pour the pudding into a servings cups, leave to cool slightly and then chill for half an hour.

To prepare the strawberry sauce: in saucepan put the strawberry on medium heat with sugar add water and stir for 10 minutes or until thick, move from heat and let it cool.

With a spoon place the strawberry sauce above the pudding.

Chill for another 2 hours.

Decorate with whipped cream and cherries.
