Best 3 Muffins Ways

The delicious andBest 3 Muffins Ways with three different flavours to start your day with. I added below the full three recipes coconut muffin, chocolate chips muffin and orange muffin. My favorite one is the coconut muffin recipe, maybe because i adore coconut, but i’m sure you’ll enjoy the three of these lovely and tasty muffins.

How to Bake Tall Muffins?

As you see at the video, the secret of making a tall muffins is giving these muffins an initial blast of high heat and then reducing the temperature helps create those beautifully domed, tall muffins.

Simply bake the muffins for 5 minutes at 220°C/ 425°F and then, keeping the muffins in the oven, reduce the heat to medium at 180°C/ 365°F for the remainder of the baking time.

What ingredients you’ll need to make best 3 muffins ways?

You’ll need the same standard ingredients for all muffins recipes, such as:

  • All purpose Flour
  • Butter
  • Eggs
  • Sugar
  • Vanilla
  • Baking powder
  • Baking soda

and for flavours:

  • Orange juice
  • Shredded coconut
  • Chocolate chips

Tips for perfect Muffins:

  • Having all ingredients as eggs, orange juice, milk and butter at room temperature helps your muffins puffs.
  • Make a smooth muffin batter that traps air and expands when heated in the oven. That expansion makes your muffins fluffy and light.
  • You can add one teaspoon of apple cider viniger which will work as a nutural baking improver.
  • Bake muffins for 5 minutes at 220°C/ 425°F and then, reduce the heat to medium at 180°C/ 365°F for the remainder of the baking time.

Coconut Muffins

Total Time: 35 minutes

Ingredients

  • 110g soft butter (half cup)
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar (150g)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla powder or extract
  • 1 and 1/4 cup all purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 and 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoon Shredded almond( optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare muffin mold by placing muffins liner, preheat oven at 220c.
  2. In a large bowl mix the butter with sugar, add 2 eggs one at a time and mix and the second egg with vanilla and mix.
  3. Add sifted flour with baking powder and baking soda with half amount of milk. Mix all together until smooth batter.
  4. Add shredded coconut with the remain milk, mix until ready batter. With spatula be sure all the ingredients well incorporated.
  5. With an ice cream scoop, spoon the batter and fill the muffin liner.
  6. Clean any drops with a kitchen paper towels.
  7. Top the muffins with shredded almond.
  8. Bake at preheated oven 220C/420F for 5 minutes then reduce heat to 180 C/356F and bake for another 20 minutes until golden top.
  9. Cool muffins on a wire rack before serve it.

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 110g soft Butter
  • 1/2 cup granulated Sugar
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1  and 3/4 cups (220g) all purpose flour
  • 1 Tbsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
  • 2 Teaspoons Orange zest

Instructions

    1. Prepare muffins liners by placing in a cupcakes mould, and preheat oven at 220 C/ 420F.
    2. In a large bowl, soften the butter with sugar, then add eggs one at a time with vanilla extract, whisk until you have a smooth egg mixture.
    3. Take the orange peels zest, and squeeze the orange.
    4. In another bowl sift the dry ingredient, all purpose flour and baking powder. Add orange zest and mix in the flour with a fork.
    5. Add sifted dry ingredients to eggs mixture at two phases, with the orange juice. Mix all together until all well combine.
    6. Spoon the batter with an ice cream scoop and fill about three quarter of each muffin liner.
    7. Bake at 220 C/ 420F for 5 minutes then reduce heat and bake at 180°C/ 356F for about 20 minutes, or until gold color.
    8. Cool on a wire rack.

Cook Time: 20 minutes
Total Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients

  • 100g softened butter (room temperature)
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • A 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

    1. Prepare your tin by line it with paper liners.
    2. In a large bowl, cream together butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time with vanilla extract. I use vanilla powder so i added only 1/2 teaspoon, Mix all together until well combined.
    3. Sift dry ingredients flour, baking powder, salt and baking soda. Add dry ingredients with milk into two phases. Mix until you have a smooth muffins batter.
    4. Add chocolate chips to muffins batter, with a kitchen spatula, gently fold in chocolate chips.
    5. Spoon out the muffins batter into prepared paper liners.
    6. Bake at preheated oven at 220°C for 5 minutes then reduce temperature to 180°C and bake for another 15 minutes.
    7. When out of oven, cool on a wire rack.
