Strawberry Cheesecake Shots
Incredibly delicious No-bake strawberry cheesecake shots, it takes 10 minutes to prepare and the result is so delicious no bake cheesecake shots perfect as a dessert for christmas time and family dinner. Cheesecake is my favorite dessert and i can’t get enough of, this recipe is so quick and make 7 mini shots and you can double it for more shots.All your family will love this dessert even kids, my husband and my kids adore it and can’t get enough of one shots. Try it and i’m sure every family member will love it.
About the topping, you can decorate your cheesecake shots simply with fresh strawberry, but i love strawberry sauce, so i made it with frozen strawberries as long as the final sauce will give the same results as the fresh strawberries. And of course you can make the suace with fresh strawberries.
I also add 2 tablespoon of yogurt and its optional, but it really gives a lovely sour taste, but you can also add some of sour cream as a substitute.
What Ingredients you will need to make No-bake strawberry cheesecake shots?
you will need a very simple Ingredients to make these lovely shots, you’ll need:
- Any type of crackers, butter biscuits or digestive biscuits
- Melted butter
- Cream cheese
- Heavy cream
- Vanilla
- Granulated sugar
- 1 cup of strawberries
Substitute of some ingredients:
- If you dislike strawberries, then use Any type of fruits you want to decorate your cheesecake shots with.
- Yogurt is optional, add it or don’t. Use sour cream as asubstitute (also optional).
- Use Vanilla extract or any type of vanilla, also use any other flavours such as lemon zest.

Strawberry Ice cream Cheesecake (No Machine)
Strawberry cheesecake shots
Ingredients
- 8 butter Biscuits
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
Cream cheese layer
- 250g cream cheese( room temperature)
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar ( add more as a taste)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons yogurt(optional)
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
For Strawberries sauce
- 1 cup frozen or fresh strawberries
- 2 tablespoons sugar
Instructions
- In a saucepan add strawberries and 2 tablespoons of sugar on a medium heat. Stir until strawberries water come out, with spatula mash the strawberries or leave the strawberries chunks with the sauce. When the sauce thicken remove from heat. Cool while preparing other layers.
- In food processor add cracker, pulse until finely chopped. Or place the crackers in a bag and crush with a roller until finely chopped.
- Place crackers in a large bowl and add butter, mix the butter in completely.In a large bowl cream together, the cream cheese with vanilla, sugar, yogurt and heavy cream.
- In a mini cups, Add about 2 teaspoons of the crust into each cup.
- Fill each cup with cream cheese batter. and top with strawberries sauce.
- Chill at least for 3 hours or until well set.
