Easy Caramel pudding Dessert without oven
Perfect and Easy Caramel pudding Dessert without oven cups with a creamy tasty flavour. I am a big fan with caramel flavour, i love caramel sauce with my desserts, caramel pudding, and caramel ice cream.
If you a big fan and love the caramel taste then this dessert will be wonderful for you as next dessert. Everytime i’ve made these lovely cups my kids jumped happily and sometimes they helped me to decorate it with fruits or chocolate sauce, but this time i prefer to decorate with simple chocolate flakes and i think the finally serving look is great. I’m sure you’ll fall in love with these cups as soon as you make them.

Easy Caramel pudding – No oven Dessert cups
Prep time: 15 mins Chill time: 2 hours Yield: 3 cups
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 cup cream
- 1 and 1/2 cup milk
- 2 and 1/2 tablespoon corn starch
- Pinch of salt
For decoration:
- Chocolate flakes
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a sauce pan caramelize the sugar on medium heat, let the sugar caramelize without stirring, otherwise you will get a sugar lumps.
- On your caramel add a tablespoon of butter and stir with a whisk beater until dissolved.
- Bring the cream to a simmer, then add it to caramel gradually and keep stirring.
- Add cornstarch to the milk, stir with a spoon to combine ( never add cornstarch to a hot liquid to avoid a lumpy mixture).
- Add milk to caramel sauce and keep stir until thickened.
- Let it boils then remove from heat.
- Pour caramel dessert into your serving cups.
- Cool at room temperature, then cover the surface with plastic wrap and chill for at least 2 hours before serve it.
- Decorate with chocolate flakes or fruits.
