5 FRESH and HEALTHY SMOOTHIES

A refreshing smoothie is all you need for a healthy quick breakfast or after a working day. I just start to eat and drink more healthier, so i made 5 FRESH and HEALTHY SMOOTHIES with a delicious different flavors. I know it’s winter now a days but even in this time of year you should try a healthy drink for your break time instead of high calorie snacks!

That’s why i encourage you, to make one of these healthy recipe.

What is the substitute of milk in some of the 5 fresh and healthy smoothies?

Instead of whole milk use any type of milk, as almond milk, coconut milk or soya milk. Less in calories and better if you have any type of allergic or simply if you are vegan.

What can i add for sweetness for my smoothies?

You can add honey for sweetness or just enjoy your recipe natural, but if love your smoothie sweet also you can add Stevia and it is healthy and natural sweetened.

Can i add raspberry instead of strawberry?
of course you can, add the favourite flavour fruit to what you find appropriate with smoothie flavour.

How much time to prepare smoothie recipe?

Each of these lovely smoothie took me only 2 minutes to prepare, one minute to cut and add it in blender and the other for blending and pouring in serving cups, that way it is perfect as a break fast and quick healthy break.

5 FRESH & HEALTHY SMOOTHIES

Ingredients

For Strawberry banana smoothie

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 2 Cold small bananas
  • 3/4 Cup cold milk
  • Sugar or honey (optional)

For Green apple lime smoothie

  • 1 green lemon
  • 1 small green apple
  • 12-15 ment leaves
  • 1 cup cold water
  • sugar or honey

For Watermelon strawberries smoothie

  • 1/2 cup strawberry
  • 2 cups watermelon
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice(optional)
  • You can add honey or sugar depends on the sweetness of the fruits

For Piña colada smoothie

  • 1/2 cup frozen coconut milk
  • 230g (1 cup) frozen pineapple
  • 1/4 cup pineapple juice

For Nectarine-Yogurt Smoothie

  • 5 Nectarine
  • 4 tbsp yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp sugar or honey

Instructions

    To prepare Strawberry banana smoothie

      1. In a blender add all the ingredients, blend all together until well combine.
      2. In a serving cup pour the smoothie.
      3. Serve immediately

      To prepare Green apple lime smoothie

      1. Peel of the green lemon and be sure to remove the white outside peel and remove the seeds if there any.
      2. In blender place apple, ment, lemon, water and sugar. Blend for about 1 minute or until well blended.
      3. Pour the smoothie in a serving cups. Add ice cube.


      To prepare Watermelon strawberries smoothie

      1. Place all ingredients in blender,strawberry, watermelon and lemon juice.
      2. Blend until you have a smooth and perfect smoothie.
      3. Pour in a serving cups.

      To prepare Piña colada smoothie

      1. Combine all ingredients, frozen coconut milk, frozen pineapple and the pineapple juice in a blender.
      2. Blend until smooth, about 1 minute.
      3. Pour the smoothie into serving cups.


      To prepare Nectarine-Yogurt Smoothie

        1. Peel of the nectarine and remove the seeds.In blender place nectarine, yogurt, milk and sugar.
        2. Blend for about 1 minute or until well blended.
        3. Pour the smoothie in a serving cups. Add ice cube.
