Easy Banana Bread
The Easy Banana Bread is what you deserve for your morning breakfast, it is easy to make and delicious with a perfect moist and fluffy taste. I Love bananas and love to prepare the banana bread for my family, also my kids love it even though they don’t like bananas as fruit. The recipe will take only 5 minutes to prepare and 50 to 55 minutes to bake. The wonderful about this bread is that the ingredients are available in most of our homes.
I prefer to use the most ripe bananas on my recipe, but today i didn’t have a well ripe bananas by hands and i have a medium ripe banana, but it’s fine as long you can mash it easily and have the sweet taste. About the sugar you can add more instead of 1/2 cup add 3/4 cup, my bananas was sweet enough and the bread tastes good, also if you don’t have yogurt you can replace it with milk, add 1/4 cup of milk. And if you are not a cinnamon fan you can exclude it from the recipe.

Tips for a successful fluffy Easy Banana Bread
- All ingredients such eggs, oil and yogurt should be at room temperature
- Preheat oven before baking your bread.
- Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Sifting the dried ingredients make the cake more fluffy.
- Prepare your loaf pan, by grease it with butter and dust with flour or cover it with parchment paper.
- When out of oven, remove from mold and remove parchment paper and let the bread cool on a wire rack before serve it.

Easy Banana Bread
Ingredients
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking soda
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 3 Ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1 teasppon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 125g yogurt
Instructions
- Prepare a loaf pan by greasing it with butter and lined with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl sift flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and ground cinnamon. Give it a quick mix and set aside.
- In another bowl, mash 3 bananas, then add eggs, vanilla extract, sugar, yogurt and vegetable oil. Whisk to combine.
- Add banana batter over the sifted dry ingredients, mix all together until all well combine (don't over mix, when you see no more dry ingredients left, the batter is ready).
- Pour the bread batter into the prepared loaf pan.
- Bake in preheated oven at 180°C/ 365°F for 50 to 55 minutes or test it by insert a knife at the middle of bread and if came out clean, then the bread is ready.
- Allow it to cool on a wire rack before serve it.
