Easy Banana Bread

The Easy Banana Bread is what you deserve for your morning breakfast, it is easy to make and delicious with a perfect moist and fluffy taste. I Love bananas and love to prepare the banana bread for my family, also my kids love it even though they don’t like bananas as fruit. The recipe will take only 5 minutes to prepare and 50 to 55 minutes to bake. The wonderful about this bread is that the ingredients are available in most of our homes.

I prefer to use the most ripe bananas on my recipe, but today i didn’t have a well ripe bananas by hands and i have a medium ripe banana, but it’s fine as long you can mash it easily and have the sweet taste. About the sugar you can add more instead of 1/2 cup add 3/4 cup, my bananas was sweet enough and the bread tastes good, also if you don’t have yogurt you can replace it with milk, add 1/4 cup of milk. And if you are not a cinnamon fan you can exclude it from the recipe.

What ingredients you need to make the Easy Banana Bread?

You’ll need a simple ingredients to make this recipe, such as:

  • Banana
  • Flour
  • Baking powder
  • Baking soda
  • Salt
  • Vegetable oil or melted butter
  • Yogurt or milk
  • Ground cinnamon(optional)
  • Eggs
  • Vanilla 

Tips for a successful fluffy Easy Banana Bread 

  • All ingredients such eggs, oil and yogurt should be at room temperature
  • Preheat oven before baking your bread.
  • Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Sifting the dried ingredients make the cake more fluffy.
  • Prepare your loaf pan, by grease it with butter and dust with flour or cover it with parchment paper.
  • When out of oven, remove from mold and remove parchment paper and let the bread cool on a wire rack before serve it.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 3 Ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 teasppon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 125g yogurt

Instructions

    1. Prepare a loaf pan by greasing it with butter and lined with parchment paper.
    2. In a medium bowl sift flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and ground cinnamon. Give it a quick mix and set aside.
    3. In another bowl, mash 3 bananas, then add eggs, vanilla extract, sugar, yogurt and vegetable oil. Whisk to combine.
    4. Add banana batter over the sifted dry ingredients, mix all together until all well combine (don't over mix, when you see no more dry ingredients left, the batter is ready).
    5. Pour the bread batter into the prepared loaf pan.
    6. Bake in preheated oven at 180°C/ 365°F for 50 to 55 minutes or test it by insert a knife at the middle of bread and if came out clean, then the bread is ready.
    7. Allow it to cool on a wire rack before serve it.
    8. Enjoy!
