Easy Chocolate Flan Dessert
1 Bouquet flan cream caramel
2 cups milk (500 ml)
80 g dark chocolate
1 cup cream (250 ml )
1 tablespoon gelatin
1/2 cup water
Caramel for decoration
Direction:
– In ceramic molds, butter it (optional) and then pour the caramel sauce to prepare the caramel layer.
– In a small saucepan put the flan powder and add cold milk, stir until dissolved in milk, put the saucepan on medium heat until high boiling.
– Filter with colander to make sure there are no lumps and pour in measuring cup so easily to pour into the molds.
– Pour the cream over the caramel lately prepared and fill the cups until half, placed in the refrigerator to prepare the second layer.
– Cut the chocolate into small pieces to easily melt, then put in a bowl.
– In a saucepan, put the gelatin and water on high heat until boiling for 5 minutes until we put the spoon and when taken out be clean with no granules of gelatin .
– Add to the gelatin cup cream and leave for boiling and then pour over the chocolate until completely melt, leave the mixture for 30 seconds and then stir until we have a mixture of soft chocolate liquid.
– Immediately pour over the cream flan layer and put the cups in the refrigerator for at least two hours before serving.
– Served with a little caramel.
