Easy and quick Eggless Chocolate Mousse with only 2 ingredients so delicious and perfect
Ingredients
- 200 grams of dark chocolate
- 2 cups heavy cream (th(400 ml)
For garnish
- 30 grams dark chocolate
Instructions
- Cut the chocolate into small pieces, place in a medium bowl.
Heat 1 cup (200ml) of the heavy cream. Pour on the chocolate, and wait for 1 minute. - Mix the chocolate until well combined and you have a smooth chocolate mixture. Cover and place in refrigerator for at least 6 hours.
- For garnish: melt chocolate in microwave and pour in a rectangle sheet of parchment paper, spread and roll the parchment paper carefully, let it set for 1 hour.
- After 6 hours passing,With a hand whisk, whisk the chocolate mixture until you have a smooth chocolate mousse.
Serve in the serving cups. - Open the chocolate garnish parchment paper, and decorate the mousse with the chocolate. Serve immediately or chill until serving.
