Melon Banana Smoothie Bowl

Today i’d like to share with you a very easy and healthy vegan melon banana smoothie bowl, and i started my day with a lovely fresh fruit bowl after sport time, and of course it has a lower calories and full of potassium and vitamins. I don’t like to eat bananas, so i prefer to mix it with another fruit as a smoothie or as a drink.
 
I love smoothie and my best way to enjoy it is to make it in a fruit shell, not only looks beautiful and appetizing it also gives you a lovely feeling takes you to another imaginary fancy place. And this two ingredients smoothie bowl is the perfect way to enjoy your morning breakfast, also you can top it with any available fruits and with any nuts.
 
 
Melon Banana Smoothie Bowl
Prep time: 5 mins
Yield: 2 persons
 
Ingredients:
2 Melon
4 frozen bananas
 
For topping:
Almonds
blackberries
 
The way:
Cut the melon as a zigzag from the middle with a knife. Open it, Remove the seeds. Prepare it to use as a two bowls.
Cut the other melon as a dices. I also took a 4 scoops to decorate the top layer before i cut it into dices.
In blender, blend the bananas with melon until you have a smoothie mixture.
Pour it into the melon fruit shells, top with blackberries, almond and melon.
Serve it immediately.
