The easiest 3 Ingredients Mini Oreo Cheesecake bites, so delicious dessert with simple 3 ingredients. Perfect for your daily desserts, or as a side party appetizer. This recipe is easy to make, it takes only 10 minutes to prepare and ready to eat after 2 hours. As you know me i love simple ingredients and quick dessets, so this time i’ve made mini oreo cheesecake; without oven and without gelatin. The texture was perfect smooth and taste as the proffisional cheesecake. and i’m sure you’ll adore it and thank me later.

Tips for successful 3 ingredients Mini oreo cheesecake:

  • As you see in the recipe video the recipe is easy, first step melt white chocolate in microwave, becarful of the type use cooking white chocolate, because some other white chocolate when melted it turned sticky and thick.
  • Cream cheese must be at room temperature.
  • Let the chocolate cool down for 5 minutes, add a little of cream cheese to white chocolate for heat equation; before adding the whole amount of chocolate to the cream cheese.
  • Took off the filling cream and re-used it in the oreo cheesecake. Why should i get rid of when i can add it to my oreo cheesecake! I know you’ll think but it won’t affect my cheesecake and it is so little amount about 1 teaspoon, i love to re-use every little bite of food, but if you dislike it you have the choice to get rid of. And then i crushed five cookies with the roller, 

 

What is the main ingredients of this recipe?

I used 3 main ingredients to make this delicious recipe, cream cheese, white chocolate and oreo cookies. I also added 3 tablespoon of heavy cream which will add to the texture a tasty more creamy taste, but as i mentioned it is optional and it is for give more rich creamy taste.

Ingredients

For crust

  • 7 Oreo Cookies

For filling

  • 250g Cream cheese( room temperature)
  • 80g White Chocolate
  • 5 Oreo cookies or 1/4 cup (Crushed)
  • 3 tablespoon heavy cream (optional)

For decorating (optional)

  • 1 crushed oreo
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream
  • Chocolate syrup

Instructions

    1. Prepare the muffin liner, add in each one a whole oreo cookies.
    2. Took off the filling cream from oreo cookies, crushed the cookies in a bag with a roller. Melt the cream filling in microwave for 10 seconds.
    3. Cut the chocolate into small pieces. Melt white chocolate in microwave, be careful not to burn it. Melt for 20 seconds then stir and back to microwave for another 20 seconds then stir.
    4. In a bowl, place cream cheese add the cream filling and give it a quick stir. Add 1 tablespoon of cream cheese to the chocolate, stir together, then add the whole chocolate to the cream cheese. Mix all together, Add 1/4 cup of the crushed cookies. mix until all well combined.
    5. I used a bag to fill the muffin liner but you can use ice cream scoop for filling. Fill the muffin liner and smooth the top with a teaspoon.
    6. Chill for at least 2 hours.
    7. Decorate as a desire.
    8. Enjoy!
