3 Overnight Oats
These 3 Overnight Oats is perfect to start your day with. I made three of my favorite taste, and ofcourse you can change any of any ingredients i already added to my recipe. Such as, if don’t have chia seeds you can make it with only oats, or if you don’t have fresh fruits, blueberries or raspberries add frozen fruits. Also, you can subsitute instant oats with rolled oats.

Yes, you can make these recipes with soy milk, or almond milk or any other type of milk you want.
What ingredients you’ll need to make the 3 Overnight Oats?
You’ll need simple ingredients, pick one of the three recipes and make it, you’ll need:
- Milk( any type)
- Instant or rolld Oats
- Maple syrup or honey
- Chia seeds
and for flavour:
- Peanut butter
- Cocoa powder
- yogurt
- fruits like banana, raspberries and blueberries
How to make this recipe?
The oatmeal pudding is very easy to prepare in just 5 minutes, and takes at least about four hours to set, but I prefer to let it set overnight, make it the night before and enjoy it in the morning for breakfast.
To make the chocolate oatmeal, or fruits chia oatmeal pudding:
- place all the mentioned ingredients below in one measuring cup or in a medium bowl and mix together and well combine, then pour it in a 250 ml serving cup or a jar.
- Cover it with plastic wrap if it has no cover, and chill in fridge overnight or at least 4 hours.

Ingredients
Raspberry oatmeal pudding
- 5 Raspberries
- 2 Tbsp yogurt
- 4 Tbsp instant oats
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 1/2 cup milk
Chocolate oatmeal
- 1 ripe banana
- 3 Tbsp instant oats
- 1 Tsp cocoa powder
- 1 Tbsp peanut butter
- 1/2 cup milk
Blueberry oatmeal pudding
- 2 Tbsp bluberries
- 4 Tbsp instant oats
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp maple syrup or honey
Instructions
- For the raspberry oatmeal pudding: In a measuring cup mash the raspberries, pour in a serving cup. In the same measuring cup, place yogurt, instant oats, chia seeds, maple syrup and milk. Mix all together until well combine. Pour the batter over he raspberries. Cover and chill in fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- For chocolate oatmeal: In a measuring cup mash the banana until puree, over add instant oats, peanut butter, maple syrup and milk. Mix all together until well combine. Pour the batter in a serving cup. Cover and chill in fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- For the blueberry oatmeal pudding: In a measuring cup mash the blueberries, add instant oats, chia seeds, maple syrup and milk. Mix all together until well combine. Cover and chill in fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Serve with your favourite fruits or as you wish.
